One honest record of every game, at every level you coach.

A high school program, an AAU roster on a tournament weekend and a club running a dozen age groups all have the same problem: the game happens once, and whatever was not written down is gone. StatTable is how each of them keeps it.

High school programs

One organization holds the whole program: varsity, JV and freshman as separate teams, each with its own roster, staff and schedule, and all of them reading the same season stats. The book is usually kept by a team statistician or a parent volunteer, so the app is built to be learned cold.

  • Set your state’s rules once and every game inherits them
  • Build each level’s schedule in the portal and hand it to the app
  • A statistician records the game; the head coach reads it afterwards
  • Season totals, per-game averages and minutes for every player

AAU and club teams

Tournament weekends mean several games a day, in gyms you have never been to, often under different rules from one event to the next. StatTable records on the device first, so a game does not depend on the building’s wifi, and each game carries the rules it was actually played under.

  • Record offline all weekend; it syncs when you are back on a network
  • Choose the rule preset each game is played under when you schedule it
  • Send families a link to the box score and play-by-play, no account needed
  • A season of records that follows the roster from event to event

Organizations running several teams

A club with an age group per year, or a school with a boys’ and girls’ program, runs every team from one place. Who can do what is set per person: an organization role for the people who run it, and a team role for the coaches who work with one roster.

  • One organization, any number of teams and seasons
  • Owners and admins across the organization; coaches and managers per team
  • Read-only access for players, parents and other staff
  • Every team’s numbers computed by the same engine, the same way

Three people, one game.

The statistician records

At the scorer’s table, on an iPhone or iPad. Shots, rebounds, fouls, turnovers and substitutions go into the game as they happen, and a mis-tap is corrected rather than rewritten.

The coach reads

In the portal, after the game or at the end of the week. Box scores, minutes, plus/minus, shooting efficiency and the four factors, for one game or the whole season.

Everyone else follows

Players, parents and other staff get read-only access, or simply a link to the game. The page they open and the screen at the table are folded from the same record.
